Ir. Habibie Razak

Ir. Habibie Razak is a professional engineer and regional director with more than 20 years of experience in energy and infrastructure projects across Indonesia and South East Asia.

He is a civil engineer and is licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E) by the Institution of Engineers Indonesia since 2010. Since 2015, he has also been licensed as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) by ASEAN-MRA for Engineering Services and was subsequently recognized as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) by Engineers Australia in 2023. Complementing his credentials, he also has been registered as an ASEAN Engineer and APEC Engineer.

He is an AFEO (ASEAN) Honorary Fellow, Fellow of Engineers Australia (FIEAust) and was also given the Engineering Executive (EngExec) credential by Engineers Australia. The Engineering Executive, or EngExec is a credential that recognizes pre-eminent individuals in executive positions who have shown exceptional leadership and talent. He served as Executive Director of PII (2021–2024) and actively researches, publishes, and presents articles and technical papers related to the energy sector, including energy transition and industrial transformation.
