Eleonore Fournier-Tombs is a data scientist and Head of Anticipatory Action and Innovation at the United Nations University’s Centre for Policy Research. She has worked in predictive analytics in humanitarian and development contexts at UNDP, World Bank, and UNOCHA, and currently leads a team focused on global AI governance and policy.
